Seth Adam Meyers was born on December 28, 1973, to Hillary and Lawrence Meyers. He was born in Bedford, New Hampshire. He attended Manchester High School West in Manchester, New Hampshire, and quickly started making fun of teachers and authority for fun. Once he graduated from Manchester High School West, he went on to Northwestern University and graduated from there after four years. While at Northwestern, he joined the improv group called Mee-Ow and his carrer took off. He soon honed his skills with the groupd called ImprovOlympic and soon moved overseas to be in the group, Boom Chicago, with his brother in Amsterdam.
In 2001, Meyers joined Saturday Night Live and in 2005 was promoted to writing supervisor. The next year in January, he became co-head writer with Tina Fey and Andy Steele. Once Tina Fey left the show, he took over hear spot as head writer and her spot on Weekend Update with Amy Poehler. But once Amy Poehler left, Meyers had to anchor solo for the 2008-2009 season. Some people he has impersonated include: JohnKerry, Carrot Top, Ryan Seacrest, Tobey McGuire, Donald Trump, Jr., Peyton Manning, Tom Cruise and Kevin Federline.
Seth Meyers has been in multiple movies including See This Movie, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Maestro, Perception and Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. He also won the Celebrity Poker Showdown and donated the $100,000 cash prize to charity.
